machineId), optional device label, app version, and macOS version — not raw hardware serial numbers.Settings → Logging → Export Bundle… is manual and opt-in. The default bundle is privacy-preserving:
Logs are stored locally under ~/Library/Logs/Delta Processing Engine/. Path segments in log tails may be shortened to ~. Do not share a bundle publicly if you enabled any future path-inclusion option.
For host crashes, macOS may write reports to ~/Library/Logs/DiagnosticReports/ — those are outside our app and are only sent to us if you attach them manually.
Delta Processing Engine does not require network access after successful license activation (v1). The in-app "Check for updates" action (when implemented) performs a single user-initiated request to our version manifest — no background polling.
Depending on your region you may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data we hold. Contact support@fieldandfocus.ca. We do not sell personal data.
